American Classic Basanite 27.5 x 2.4" Mountain Tyre

The Basanite is American Classic's rear-focused mountain bike tyre, built for loose berms, choppy trails and rock gardens.

Ramped centre knobs alternate in shape and size for braking control, while alternating shoulder lugs and central knobs provide grip at any lean angle. Cupped-profile knobs add extra bite on harder-packed terrain.

It is designed to be paired with the Vulcanite on looser terrain, or the Tectonite in harder-packed conditions, both on the front wheel.
